Intro A light guide, or more precisely a "light pipe," is a transparent tube/ring that serves to distribute the light emitted by a diode or bulb. This type of light is primarily used during the day (DRL). Light guides are made from high-grade plastic with high density, allowing light to pass through with minimal loss of intensity. Many vehicles are equipped with this type of lighting. Unlike older generation light guides, new models no longer have built-in diodes or other light sources. The light is now emitted from an isolated board with diodes. Many models equipped with this type of lighting have issues with replacement, as the light guides for most car brands are not included in the official spare parts catalog. This means that when the damage to the headlight is precisely this module/part, it is necessary to replace the entire headlight, which is expensive and sometimes very difficult. For this reason, at AutoPro.bg, you will find a wide range of this product - "Light guide suitable for daytime running lights."
